Stephanie Horner leads the RBCx Early Stage Banking Practice in the Prairie regions, bringing dual expertise in relationship management and entrepreneurial advising. She’s deeply connected in the tech market, offering mentorship and guidance on business models, client acquisition, go-to-market strategy, operations, and pitch delivery.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a proud graduate of the Financial Feminism Investment Lab led by The51 and UofC Executive Education. Before joining RBCx, she successfully led two accelerator programs in tech and small business.
