Mental Health Expo 2023

The Canadian Pakistani Support Group (CPSG) Youth Lifting Youth is a dedicated group led by youth for positive engagement and well-being of youth.
Two years ago, the group organized its first Mental Health Youth Expo, Mending Minds, which was a huge success as it brought together 10 organizations serving youth under one roof.
The event was attended by over 120 participants who were primarily from immigrant and culturally diverse communities.
This was followed by its second expo, Every Mind Matters, which had over 300 attendees. Refer to this link for the feedback from last year’s attending organizations.
This year, CPSG Youth Lifting Youth are more excited to organize the Mind Over Matter Youth Mental Wellbeing Expo on Sept 9th, 2023, at Genesis Center Multipurpose Rooms A and B.
The purpose of the event is to build a dedicated space for youth mental health awareness.
This event is a wonderful opportunity for organizations serving youth to highlight their programs and have interactions with vulnerable youth.
