Meditation Classes

Meditation explores a variety of breathing, visualization, and mindfulness techniques. Promoting mental and physical rejuvenation, clarity, and relaxation! The variety of meditative tools available in this program will help participants find unique, healthy, and fun ways to cope with life stressors.
This workshop will be held for 3 classes on June 4th, 11th & 18th from 11am to 12pm. Online via Zoom and is open to all women and those who find community at the Centre.
