ELAC Parent Child Mother Goose at Village Square

This program is a group experience for caregivers and their child(ren) that focuses on the pleasure and development of literacy through the use of rhythm, rhyme, story, and songs.  Parents gain skills and confidence which enable them to create positive family experiences during their child’s crucial early literacy development. The program fosters attachment through voice, expressed emotion and touch. These sessions are connected to the Early Learning Across Cultures Program so we invite you to share your cultural songs, stories and traditions.

Ideal for: ages 1-3 years, during the program

Developmental Focus: attachment, early literacy, cultural songs & storytelling

Please complete registration for One Adult Participant and up to Two Child Participants (1-3 Years).

Please note this program is in-person in the Village Square Leisure Centre’ Community Room.
