Cancer doesn’t affect everyone equally. And conversations like this matter. We are hosting a meaningful panel discussion on cancer within the Black community, in recognition of World Cancer Day & Black History Month. A collaboration between Nigerian Canadian Association of Calgary, Yoruba Foundation of Calgary and The Oladele Foundation.
We’ll explore how racism, genetics, access to care, and lived experiences shape cancer outcomes in Black communities. This is a space for learning, listening, and asking real questions.
Bonus topic: Valuable information for parents and families of children with special needs.
